Quaint original stone cottage with stunning views of the Adriatic and shared pool
Lucici Village is an absolutely wonderful place – the restoration of an entire ruined hamlet only 4km from the sea, but already in the gently sloping foothills of Mount Orien. The village offers a view like no other, where the verdant hills tumble down into the sparking blue entrance of the Bay of Kotor. Meticulous effort has been taken to rebuild the houses in the authentic style, using local materials and traditional techniques. The result captures the essence of the Mediterranean in times gone by and makes for a perfectly idyllic holiday spot.
In the heart of the village, the main swimming pool has an infinity edge with fantastic views down the valley to the open mouth of the Bay of Kotor. Next to the pool is the wellness centre. If the setting is not relaxing enough, perhaps the sauna or steam room will do the trick.
Just 4km from the bustling resort town of Herceg Novi and less than 30 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport, getting to Lucici Village could not be easier. The location makes for the perfect base from which to explore the Montenegro coast, though with the views, atmosphere and facilities at Lucici Village, you may not want to leave at all.
