How to book
We’ve tried to include as much information as possible on our website. Not just about our accommodation and tours, but also background to the country and its regions.
You can search accommodation by region (click through the Destinations tab on the top menu) or by our helpful “Great for” categories. Else search by date from the orange search bar at the top of each page.
In any accommodation you can quickly check availability through the “Price & Availability” tab as well as displaying the price for accommodation only or flight-included packages. Each also accommodation has a clickable map to the left of the Overview text.
All of our accommodation-only and flight-included villa and apartment holidays are fully bookable online. As well as flights, you can also add any car hire or transfers you need.
Once you have booked you will be given access to our Guest Area with details of your booking and other useful information to help you plan your stay.
Please note that at the moment any of our tours, including self-drive, escorted tours and Tito’s Blue Train need to be booked over the phone.

We are open Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am - 4pm.
Making a booking
At the time of booking you will be asked to pay 40% of the total cost of your accommodation, flights and any extras. The balance is due 84 days prior to travel. When booking within 84 days we will ask you to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
When you make your booking you are required to pay a Damage Insurance Contribution which is charged at 1.5% of the price of your accommodation. We will not ask for any further damage deposits.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (please note we are unable to accept payment by American Express). When paying by credit card we will automatically make a charge of 2% which covers the charge made for processing the credit card payment. There are no charges for paying by debit card. Please note we are unable to accept payment made by cheque.

Remember that our accommodation & flight packages are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 10386. ATOL protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.
